Please be informed that for consumer protection, all medication is non-returnable and non-refundable. This ensures that your medication has been maintained properly and has not been tampered with. Save IVF will not accept any medication for returns or refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final. We do not take responsibility for unused medication for any reason. Medications will be shipped in European packing and not in its original box.

Due to worldwide customs prohibitions we are unable to supply loose syringes and needles. In some cases they are sealed in the package as an integral part of the package. You can obtain extra syringes from your physician or local pharmacy.

There are no taxes placed on these medications since they are for individual/private use.

Orders are shipped after payment has cleared. Credit card payment submission takes 24 hours to process. Once cleared, order is processed and fulfilled within 24 hours.

Any payments cleared on Friday will be packaged the following Monday.

Fax a copy of a valid prescription from a licensed physician, as well as a filled out Save IVF order form to 1 (877) 235-2283. All fax orders are converted into electronic messages and sent to our processing department. Submit your order through the online checkout process. Upon placing an order online, please email a copy of prescription to order@saveivf.com. A customer representative will then email an itemized quote with payment instructions.

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of the payment submission. Orders may be not be canceled after payment has been confirmed.

In order to process an order a copy of a valid prescription from a licensed physician will need to be provided. All prescriptions are verified.

Save IVF offers two payment options:

1. Credit Card - Card must strictly be VISA or MASTERCARD credit card only. A debit credit card will be declined and delay the ordering process. Payment takes 24 hours to process. After payment clears we proceed with shipment. (Any payments received on Friday will be cleared and packaged the following Monday.) Paying by credit card will include an ADDITIONAL 5% transaction fee.

2. Money Order - Money order will need to be shipped to our PO Box. Note customers are responsible for paying the shipping fee. Customer's order is shipped when payment is received. (We recommend to ship expedited.) Paying by money order will NOT include the ADDITIONAL 5% transaction fee.

Money orders must be received in order for warehouse to ship out customer's order.

Both the FDA and European Medicines Agency require medications to be dispensed with an expiration date and lot numbers. Medications we ship ALWAYS have expirations 1-4 years from the time of shipment giving you ample time to use the medications.

From start to finish, the entire ordering process takes between 7-10 business days. Once an order is received and payment is submitted, there is 24 hours waiting period for payment to confirm. After payment clears, your order is shipped within 24 hours. (Unless payment is cleared on a Friday. Orders will then be packaged the following Monday.) Shipping window is 5-7 business days after the order leaves the warehouse.

Now that you've submitted your order, a customer representative from our processing department will send you an invoice for you submit payment. Note that we must verify your prescription in order to send your medication.

Orders submitted on weekends will be processed the following business day.

You have the right to import medicines as long as you have a valid prescription and it is for non-commercial personal use. Also cannot buy more than a 90 supply.
